In the face of COVID 19, a nationwide lock down had been announced in late March 2020. Sa-Dhan had commissioned this study to determine the impact of COVID 19 on the clients of MFIs as well as the MFIs themselves. M2i designed the questionnaires and checklist for data collection and helped the Sa-Dhan team in collecting data. M2i analyzed the data and prepared a report which was unveiled by Sa-Dhan in a widely attended webinar in May 2020.
